Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Highways Supervisor to oversee works on a range of highways projects across Portsmouth and Winchester. The role will involve supervising drainage, surfacing, kerbing, and bridge refurbishment works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health and safety compliance, and liaising with the site management team. You must have SMSTS/ SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid. Also a clean driving licence is a must!
