Geography Teacher

Are you a passionate Geography Teacher looking for a flexible, long-term opportunity? We are working with a welcoming secondary school in South Birmingham seeking an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

This is a long-term temporary position starting in the new academic year, offering the opportunity to teach motivated students in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is beneficial but not essential).
\n
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire a love of Geography.
\n
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
\n
• Work collaboratively with the Humanities department and wider school team.
\n

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
\n
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
\n
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography.
\n
• Excellent classroom management skills.
\n
• A positive, enthusiastic approach and commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
