Graduate Building Surveyor

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid working, structured graduate development and exposure to professional and project-based building surveying services within an independent consultancy. Responsibilities * Assist with professional and project-based building surveying commissions * Prepare reports, surveys and technical documentation * Support project delivery to agreed programmes and budgets * Work alongside senior surveyors on client-facing instructions * Collaborate with multidisciplinary property and construction teams Requirements * Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline (First Class or 2:1) * Interest in achieving professional chartership * Understanding of building surveying principles * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Placement or internship experience advantageous Salary & Package * £28,977–£34,977 including £2,977 car allowance * Annual bonus scheme * Hybrid working with up to two home-working days each week * Private medical insurance, pension and life assurance * Professional membership support, structured training, Cycle to Work scheme and electric vehicle salary sacrifice 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
