The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with needs including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, attachment difficulties, and trauma-related behaviours through 1:1 mentoring, small-group interventions, and classroom support. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will help pupils regulate their emotions, build confidence, improve behaviour, and re-engage with learning. Developing positive relationships based on trust, consistency, and mutual respect will be key to helping pupils succeed both academically and personally.
