Pay Rate: £13.54 - £18.00 per hour (depending on shift)\n
\nAbout the RoleWe are recruiting experienced VNA Drivers to join a leading logistics and distribution company specialising in the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.\n
\nWorking within a modern, fast-paced distribution centre, you will play a key role in ensuring products are stored, picked, and replenished accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.\n

\nKey Responsibilities\n

- Operate a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
\n - Put away inbound stock into designated warehouse locations.
\n - Replenish picking locations to ensure operational efficiency.
\n - Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
\n - Load and unload vehicles as required.
\n - Carry out stock movements, inventory checks, and cycle counts.
\n - Ensure products are handled in accordance with pharmaceutical quality standards.
\n - Report damaged stock, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.

- Valid and accredited VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
\n - Previous experience operating a VNA truck within a warehouse or distribution environment.
\n - Experience working in a fast-paced logistics operation.
\n - Good attention to detail and accuracy.
\n - Ability to work towards productivity and quality targets.
\n - Good communication skills.
\n - Flexible to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
