We're looking for a driven Application Support Engineer to join my client and help deliver exceptional support for business-critical applications. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with clients, and collaborating with developers to deliver real solutions-this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

\n
• Providing technical support and resolving application issues within agreed SLAs
  \n * Troubleshooting and managing client tickets from start to resolution
  \n * Working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers
  \n * Communicating clearly with clients and delivering excellent customer service
  \n * Gathering requirements for system changes (RFCs) and supporting their delivery
  \n * Testing, documenting, and supporting application updates
  \n * Assisting with debugging and implementing improvements (training provided)
  \n * Contributing to team development and continuous improvement initiatives
\n

Skills Required

Essential:

\n
• Experience in application/software support
\n
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
\n
• Excellent communication (technical ? non-technical)
\n
• High attention to detail and organisation
\n
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
\n

Highly Desirable:

\n
• Exposure to C#, SQL, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, IIS, SQL Server
\n
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and software lifecycle
\n
• Understanding of APIs
\n
• Experience with tools like Postman or XMLSpy
\n
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git
\n
