Location: Slough, BerkshireContract: Permanent, Full-TimeStart Date: September 2026Salary: £20,179 - £21,447 Actual SalaryAdditional Benefit: SEN Allowance of £1,215 per annum following a qualifying period.

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and motivated Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join a thriving school community committed to ensuring every child can achieve, thrive and feel included.

This rewarding role is ideal for an individual with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Working closely with teachers, the SEN team and other professionals, you will help provide tailored support that enables pupils to reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • \n
  • Deliver structured learning support and promote pupil independence.
  • \n
  • Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans, behaviour support plans and SEND provision.
  • \n
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
  • \n
  • Support effective behaviour management and contribute to a positive learning environment.
  • \n
  • Promote inclusion and equal access to learning opportunities for all pupils.
  • \n

  • Has experience working within an inclusion, SEND or educational setting, or is looking to develop a career in this area.
