\nHours: fleixable hours availability (32h, 25h or 16h per week)
\nSalary: £17,50 per hour via Umbrella

Provide high-impact in-class and out-of-class assistance to individuals and groups.
\n - \n
Adapt and develop accessible learning materials and resources before lessons to meet specific profiles, focusing primarily on students with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
\n - \n
Support students comfortably with personal care and physical needs, maintaining the utmost respect, safety, and dignity at all times.
\n - \n
Collaborate closely with curriculum staff to review, log, and adapt classroom strategies via student ILPs and progress tracking systems.

Must possess a valid, clean Enhanced DBS certificate registered for both the Child and Adult workforces.
\n - \n
Level 2 (GCSE Grade A*-C / 4 or above) or equivalent recognised qualifications in both English and Maths. A dedicated qualification in Learning Support is highly desirable.

Prior experience supporting young people in a learning or care environment. Experience within a Further Education setting is highly ideal, though backgrounds supporting Key Stage 4 (Year 10+) or Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) will be warmly considered.
