Key Responsibilities:\n

    Provide classroom support to teachers across a range of subjects

    Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to support learning

    Assist in preparing classroom resources and materials

  • \n

    Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

  • \n

    Support students with additional needs to ensure they have full access to the curriculum

The Ideal Candidate:\n

    Has experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential)

  • \n

    Is patient, proactive, and adaptable

  • \n

    Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • \n

    Is passionate about education and supporting young people

  • \n

    Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
