\nWhat You’ll Need
\nEssential:
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills
\nExcellent organisational ability and attention to detail
\nProvide outstanding customer service
\nHave good time management, meeting deadlines
\nHold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher
\nDesirable:
\nPrevious experience of leading a team
\nCurrent paediatric first aid certificate
\nSafeguarding and child protection training (although full training will be given)
\nCurrent food hygiene certificate
\nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\nAs a Room Leader, you will:
\nTo support the Manager and fellow Room Leaders to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and education across the setting
\nTo maintain an organised, safe and stimulating room environment
\nTo keep accurate records and ensure procedures are followed within the room
\nTo help build and maintain a reputation as the setting of choice in the area for both children and employees
\nTo model and monitor best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines
\nTo support and inspire your team of practitioners
\nTo aid with the induction of new team members, welcoming them into the Kindred family
