Digital Learning Design Specialist6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Malmesbury | Onsite

Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Learning Design Specialist to support the development of engaging and effective online learning experiences within a specialist higher education environment.

Working closely with academics, project managers and subject matter experts, you will design and develop high-quality digital learning content, ensuring programmes are aligned to learning outcomes and delivered through best-practice instructional design principles.

• Design and develop engaging online learning content and learning journeys.
\n
• Create storyboards, interactive modules and digital learning resources.
\n
• Collaborate with academics and stakeholders to translate technical subject matter into effective learning experiences.
\n
• Support the enhancement and development of virtual learning environments.
\n
• Ensure content meets educational standards, learning objectives and accessibility requirements.
\n
• Contribute to digital learning projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n

\n
• Experience in Digital Learning Design, Instructional Design or Learning Technology roles.
\n
• Strong experience with Canvas (or similar VLE/LMS platforms).
\n
• Experience creating interactive content using Articulate 360.
\n
• Proven track record working with academic stakeholders and subject matter experts.
\n
• Storyboarding and online content development expertise.
\n
• Experience delivering digital learning projects in a higher education or learning-focused environment.
\n

• STEM, Engineering or Technical Education experience.
\n
• Understanding of blended and online learning pedagogies.
\n
• Experience supporting learning technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
\n
