Night Fabric Engineer/Handy Person

Join a boutique FM company as a mobile handyperson/fabric engineer in Central London.

• Monday - Friday 8pm - 5am
\n
• £40,000 - £45,000 + van + Fuel Card
\n
• Mobile contract covering sites across Zones 1 & 2
\n
• Commercial Office Spaces
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• First point of contact during the night for building reactives & contractors
\n
• Carpentry - Door hanging
\n
• Assembling furniture
\n
• Plumbing
\n
• Drainage & flushing
\n
• Fire alarm/door testing
\n
• Grouting & Plastering
\n
• Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
\n
• Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
\n
• Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in any trade
\n
• Full drivers license
\n
