We're seeking a highly organised Estates Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects, acting as a key link between project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role combines project coordination, financial oversight, and governance support across a varied portfolio of estates initiatives.

- Lead coordination of major and minor capital projects from planning through to delivery \n
- Act as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, and internal teams \n
- Manage project finances, budgets, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance \n
- Monitor progress, risks, and performance, producing reports for senior stakeholders and committees \n
- Support governance processes, including preparing papers, attending meetings, and tracking actions \n
- Contribute to procurement processes and supplier management for smaller projects \n
- Provide analytical insight to improve systems, maintenance processes, and project outcomes \n
Profile
\nWhat we're looking for:
\n- \n
- Degree-level education (or equivalent) with proven project coordination/management experience \n
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with attention to detail \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities \n
- Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) \n
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement \n
