This is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality practical learning, helping learners develop the skills, confidence, and industry knowledge needed to progress into employment, apprenticeships, or further study.

As an Instructor Demonstrator Plumbing at Coleg Cambria, you will:

• Support and deliver practical plumbing workshop sessions within a modern training environment,
\n
• Demonstrate safe and effective plumbing techniques, industry-standard practices, and workshop procedures,
\n
• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials to support high-quality learner experiences,
\n
• Work closely with curriculum teams to support learner progress and practical skill development,
\n
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workshop environment in line with Health & Safety requirements,
\n
• Support learners in developing technical skills across pipework, jointing, installation methods, and domestic plumbing systems.
\n

\n
• A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Plumbing or a related subject area,
\n
• Relevant commercial or domestic plumbing industry experience,
\n
• The ability to confidently demonstrate practical plumbing skills and safe working practices,
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a passion for supporting learners,
\n
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn and use new systems and technologies,
\n
• Welsh language skills are essential for this role.
