\nResponsibilities of an Early Years Teaching Assistant:
\nSupport learning through play as an Early Years Teaching Assistant Assist with the delivery of EYFS activities as an Early Years Teaching Assistant Promote children's communication, social and emotional development as an Early Years Teaching Assistant Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis as an Early Years Teaching Assistant Work closely with teachers and support staff as an Early Years Teaching Assistant Help maintain a safe and nurturing environment as an Early Years Teaching Assistant
\nRequirements for an Early Years Teaching Assistant:
\nExperience working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or within an EYFS setting Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework A caring, patient and proactive approach as an Early Years Teaching Assistant Excellent communication and teamwork skills as an Early Years Teaching Assistant
