We are seeking an experienced Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to deliver high-quality patch repairs, skimming, and general trade maintenance across occupied and void social housing stock. If you deliver clean, top-spec finishes and can comfortably tackle secondary trade repairs, we want to hear from you.

  Plastering & Internal Repairs:

  \n
  \n
  • \n

    Carry out high-quality patch plastering, full wall/ceiling skimming, re-plastering after damp-proof courses, and skimming over old Artex.

  \n
  • \n

    Repair water-damaged ceilings, blown plaster, and drywall/tackboard installations.

  \n
  • \n

    Prepare surfaces by hacking off old render, applying PVA/bonding coats, and bead setting.

  Social Housing Operations:

  \n
  \n
  • \n

    Respond to reactive service calls efficiently within designated timeframes.

  \n
  • \n

    Assist in turning around void properties efficiently to bring them up to lettable standards.

  \n
  • \n

    Record job progress, upload before/after photos, and account for materials via mobile PDA / handheld device.

  \n

• \n

  Resident Relations & Safety:

  \n
  \n
  • \n

    Work respectfully in occupied homes-using sheeting and dust extraction to leave properties clean and tidy.

  \n
  • \n

    Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety standards (COSHH, manual handling, PPE) at all times.

  \n

  Experience: Proven track record as a Plasterer within domestic maintenance or social housing contracts.

\n
• \n

  Skills:Expert knowledge of plastering materials/techniques paired with quality finishing.

\n
• \n

  Tools & Driving:Full UK Driver's Licence and your own core tools.

\n
• \n

  Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plastering or time-served equivalent.

\n
