Location: Aston, Birmingham
\nStart: Sept 2026
\nHours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
\nZest Education are currently recruiting for a friendly and organised Admin Assistant to join a well-established Primary School in Birmingham.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide front-of-house support, greeting visitors and answering calls. \n
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry and correspondence. \n
- Support with attendance processes, pupil records and admissions administration. \n
- Assist with organising school events, meetings and communications. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with safeguarding requirements. \n
- Offer day-to-day support to senior leaders and the wider office team. \n
What You Will Need:

- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one). \n
- To be a confident communicator with a calm, professional approach. \n
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school setting. \n
- Experience with school systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom). \n

\nSalary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
