About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school by:

• Supervising classes in the absence of teaching staff
\n
• Delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment
\n
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
\n
• Supporting students of varying abilities to remain engaged and on task
\n

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and keen to develop their experience in a secondary school setting.
