We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The position involves working Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 15:30, perfect for those looking for a role during school hours.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the preparation and setting up of activities for daily lessons.
\n
• Support individual students and small groups under the direction of the teacher.
\n
• Help manage classroom resources and ensure they are available and in good condition.
\n
• Assist in monitoring students' progress and behaviour, providing feedback to the teacher.
\n
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised learning environment.
\n
• Participate in school meetings and training sessions as required.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role in an educational setting.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
\n
• A patient and supportive approach to student learning.
\n
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
