Morgan Hunt currently requires a Plumber/Assistant Plumber for NHS based in MiddlesexPay Rate: £18ph to 20ph LtdHours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 16:00pm FriLocation: MiddlesexDuration 3 months on going contractSuitable candidates must have full clean driving licence vehicle will be providedJob description requirementsCarry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine. Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installationsstrictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations. QualificationMinimum City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical servicesspecialised in a mechanical service (i.e. Gas, refrigeration, heat pumps)Water safety TrainingExperienceexperience with all types of mechanical, ventilation or gas installations and maintenanceSelf-motivated and able to work with minimum supervisionWould accept newly qualified Plumbers with some commercial building experience
