\nAs a SEN Teaching Assistant in Hememl Hempstead , you will work closely with pupils in the classroom and through individual support sessions, helping them feel safe, confident, and fully engaged in their learning.

- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and independence. \n
- Support pupils' emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and academic progress throughout the school day. \n
