- Work on projects throughout all RIBA work stages, from initial concept through to completion. \n
- Develop creative and practical design solutions that meet client objectives and project requirements. \n
- Prepare planning, tender and construction drawing packages using Revit. \n
- Produce presentation material, technical drawings and project documentation to a high standard. \n
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities throughout the design and construction process. \n
- Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations, planning policy and industry standards. \n
- Attend design team meetings, client presentations and site inspections as required. \n
- Assist in resolving technical and design challenges during project delivery. \n
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes. \n
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and a consistently high standard of work. \n
- \n
- ARB-registered Architect (RIBA membership would be advantageous). \n
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice following qualification. \n
- Proficient in Revit, with experience using it in a live project environment. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning procedures and construction methodologies. \n
- Experience delivering projects through a range of RIBA work stages. \n
- Excellent design, technical and presentation skills. \n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships. \n
- Able to manage workloads effectively and work to project deadlines. \n
- A proactive team player with the confidence to take ownership of projects when required. \n
