About the Role\nWe are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a number of welcoming primary schools across the Ellesmere Port area. These roles involve working closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing in a classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities \n
- Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils \n
- Assisting children with learning, social development, and behaviour \n
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment \n
- Supporting children with additional needs where required \n
- Preparing learning materials and classroom resources \n

- Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential) \n
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills \n
- A passion for helping children reach their full potential \n
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential \n
