A highly inclusive specialist school in Sonning is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children aged 4 to 16 with Autism, ADHD, and other complex learning needs. This is a full-time, long-term position ideal for graduates or individuals with a background in mental health or SEN settings.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to support children's learning and emotional development

  • Assist during lessons, promote engagement and help with behaviour management
  • \n
  • Build trusted, supportive relationships with students
  • \n
  • Work alongside experienced teachers, therapists and SEN professionals
