\nSalary: Up to £24,819 per year, plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of £5,500 pro rata (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
\nContract Type: Permanent, Part Time 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

\n\nWhat You’ll Do
\n\n• Teach and assess learners across Plumbing & Heating programmes, including full-time courses and apprenticeships
\n• Deliver engaging, practical sessions in workshop and classroom environments
\n• Support learners in developing industry-standard skills, knowledge, and safe working practices
\n• Embed current industry practices, regulations, and sustainability principles into teaching
\n• Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professionalism
\n• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
\n\n\nWhat You’ll Bring
\n• A Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing
\n• Gas competency
\n• An IQA & Assessors Award or a willingness to work towards one
\n• Industry experience within Plumbing & Heating Engineering
\n• Strong practical skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations
\n• Experience supporting or mentoring others, either in the workplace or education
\n• A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work
