Contract: Term-Time Only | Temporary (September 2026 - July 2027)

Salary: £14.25 - £15.25 per hour (dependent on experience)

Intervention Lead: Delivering targeted support to small groups to close attainment gaps in Maths and English.

General Class TA: Providing high-quality, whole-class support, managing behaviour through emotional coaching, and fostering a calm, purposeful environment.

What We Are Looking For:
\nPlease note: Proven experience working specifically within Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) is essential.

Experience: A solid background as a KS2 TA in a primary school setting.
\n - \n
Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum (specifically core literacy and numeracy).

Nurturing Approach: The ability to act as an emotionally available adult who aligns with inclusive, trauma-informed values.
\n - \n
Intervention Skills: Confidence in leading small groups and building children's self-belief.
