Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and welcoming school in Clacton-on-Sea, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking to take the next step in their career, supporting teaching and learning across the school while making a positive impact on pupils' educational outcomes.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS\n- \n
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a UK school \n
- HLTA status or relevant qualifications desirable \n
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum \n
- Experience delivering interventions and supporting whole-class learning \n
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable) \n

- Hold Right to Work in the UK \n
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one \n
- Provide two professional child-related references \n
