About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs. If you're seeking a rewarding career, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
  • \n
  • Assisting with classroom activities.
  • \n
  • Helping to implement support plans.
  • \n
  • Promoting a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
  • \n
\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs (e.g. in care work, schools, or residential settings)
  • \n
  • Calm, patient and empathetic approach
  • \n
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • \n
  • A genuine passion for supporting SEN students
  • \n
\n

Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential.
