This is an exciting opportunity to work with our oldest primary pupils, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a love of learning while preparing them for the next stage of their education.The RoleAs a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in delivering engaging learning experiences and supporting pupils' personal development. You'll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where every child can succeed.Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and delivering tailored learning activities for individuals and small groups \n
- Leading lessons when required to ensure continuity of learning \n
- Supporting pupils with a range of educational, emotional, and behavioural needs \n
- Monitoring progress and providing meaningful feedback \n
- Contributing to personalised support plans and interventions \n
- Using positive behaviour management strategies to motivate and engage learners \n
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues \n
