Job Description
1st Line Support IT Support Technician IMMEDIATE START

Up to £200 per day (DOE)
\n
Bristol - on site 5 days per week (NON - NEGOTIABLE )
\n
37.5 hours per week. (Temporary )
\n
\n - Support Office setup & provide technical support with any issues arising once set up
\n - Installing hardware – PC’s, keyboards, base stations etc
\n - Setting up desks
\n - Floor walking with users and troubleshooting 1st line issues, escalating if needed
\n - Help resolve queries and be generally helpful as needed to resolve minor technical issues
