\nKey Responsibilities
\n* Oversee the successful delivery of bespoke residential projects throughout all RIBA work stages* Coordinate consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects progress efficiently* Prepare and develop high-quality design solutions, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation* Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality objectives from inception to completion* Manage consultant collaboration and address technical or design-related challenges as projects evolve* Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders* Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required* Encourage sustainable design approaches and contribute to environmentally conscious project outcomes
\nSkills & Experience
\n* ARB-registered Architect with a strong track record of delivering projects within the UK* Proven experience working on luxury private residential developments across a range of RIBA stages* Excellent technical expertise with the ability to manage and coordinate complex residential projects* Confident liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities* Experience with Vectorworks would be advantageous* Knowledge of sustainable design methodologies, with Passivhaus experience or accreditation viewed favourably* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance design aspirations, programme requirements, and budget considerations
