Your new role

Hays Education are recruiting for a full-time Year 3 Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting in September. This role is expected to run for two terms and offers the chance to join a supportive school with a welcoming and experienced team.As a Year 3 class teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure pupils continue to make strong progress while maintaining high expectations and creating a positive classroom environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\n
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
\n
• Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
\n
• Good understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment requirements
\n
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• A positive, professional and proactive approach to teaching
\n
