The company has built an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and expertise, and due to continued investment and growth they are now looking to appoint an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to support the next phase of their development.The Role:The HSE Manager position holds responsibility for leading health, safety and environmental activities across a busy manufacturing operation.Key areas of focus will include:\n

• Driving a positive health and safety culture across the site

• Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant legislation and best practice
\n
• Supporting operational teams with risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
\n
• Leading audits, investigations and improvement projects
\n
• Acting as the key point of contact for all HSE-related matters
