Our client is currently seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join their established workshop based in Petersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to join a professional and supportive team, working on a wide range of motorcycle makes and models.

The Role

As a Motorcycle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on all makes and models of motorcycles.
\n
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
\n
• Undertake Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
\n
• Replace tyres, oil, brake pads and clutches, and carry out tracker installations.
\n
• Conduct road tests following servicing and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe and operating correctly.
\n
• Complete all relevant service and repair documentation.
\n
• Identify and report any additional faults or work required.
\n
• Complete repairs within manufacturer standard times where possible.
\n
• Provide professional advice and excellent customer service to customers and fleet managers.
\n

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician, Motorcycle Mechanic or similar.
\n
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
\n
• Experience servicing and repairing a variety of motorcycle brands.
\n
• A full UK driving licence (essential).
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
\n
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
\n
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
\n
