The Role

\n

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll play a key role in creating a commercially successful store, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards and developing a high-performing team.

You'll be responsible for:

    Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance

  • \n

    Leading, coaching and developing the team

    • \n
  • \n

    Delivering outstanding visual merchandising standards

    • \n
  • \n

    Supporting the day-to-day running of the store

    • \n
  • \n

    Analysing trading performance and identifying opportunities

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintaining excellent operational and customer service standards

    • \n

About You

\n

You'll already be working as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, Commercial Manager or similar within fashion retail or another fast-paced retail environment.

You'll have:

    A strong commercial mindset with experience delivering sales and KPIs

  • \n

    A passion for fashion, visual merchandising and customer experience

  • \n

    Proven leadership and coaching skills
