We're looking for engineers with an electrical, electronic, automation or electro-mechanical background.The Role:As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll become the first point of contact for installers, engineers and customers across the UK, helping them resolve technical issues and get the very best from the company's products.Every day is different. One minute you'll be helping an engineer diagnose a fault remotely, the next you'll be advising on product selection, programming an automated gate system or identifying replacement components.You'll receive comprehensive product training and work alongside an experienced technical team until you're confident across the full product range.Typical Responsibilities\n
