Total Assist Recruitment are recruiting for a Workforce Administrator / PA.

\n

This is more than just an administration role. You'll play a vital part in supporting workforce processes, recruitment, compliance and the Hospital Director, ensuring the service operates efficiently while making a real difference to the lives of those in our care.

\n

What you'll be doing\n

\n

As a Workforce Administrator / PA, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and workforce support, including:

\n
    \n
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction of new starters
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and employee files
  • \n
  • Processing contractual changes, leavers, maternity and paternity administration
  • \n
  • Monitoring workforce compliance and ensuring records remain up to date
  • \n
  • Liaising with payroll and Head Office regarding employment documentation
  • \n
  • Supporting reception cover when required
  • \n
  • Administering workforce systems and absence management records
  • \n
  • Producing reports and maintaining confidential data
  • \n
  • Providing PA support to the Hospital Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking and general administrative support
  • \n

What we're looking for\n

You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

\n

Ideally, you'll have:

\n
    \n
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR, workforce or healthcare
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • \n
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • \n
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • \n
  • A proactive, flexible and positive approach
  • \n
