What You’ll Do As An Assistant Manager\n

• ⭐ Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
\n
• ⭐ Develop & deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs.
\n
• ⭐ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards.
\n
• ⭐ Provide leadership & mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team.
\n
• ⭐ Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families.
\n
• ⭐ Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
\n
• ⭐ Manage operational records and support financial planning to ensure sustainability.
\n

Ideal Assistant Manager Candidate\n

\n
• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
\n
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
\n
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team.
\n
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
