Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA work stages \n
- Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages, including specifications and schedules \n
- Coordinate and manage project delivery alongside internal teams and external consultants \n
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle \n
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards \n
- Prepare and review technical information in accordance with UK Building Regulations and current legislation \n
- Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team \n
- Contribute to design development, project bids and client presentations where required \n
- Attend site visits, design meetings and CPD events to maintain technical knowledge and industry awareness \n
Ideal Candidate
\n- \n
- ARB-registered Architect \n
- Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages \n
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning policy and construction detailing \n
- Proficient in Revit with a good understanding of BIM workflows \n
- Experience using NBS specification software is desirable \n
- Excellent design, communication, and project management skills \n
- Confident managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams \n
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively \n
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred \n
