\nWe are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Kettering that is seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a maternity cover basis. - Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum \n
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive \n
- Support both academic progress and pupils' social and emotional development \n
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils across a range of abilities \n
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing clear and effective feedback \n
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and resilience \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil outcomes \n
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities, trips, and events \n

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification \n
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (KS1 or KS2 desirable) \n
- Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum \n
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning \n
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills \n
- A strong commitment to raising pupil attainment and supporting whole-child development \n
- ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply and will receive full support and mentoring \n
