\nAre you a patient, caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant looking to start a new role in September where you can genuinely make a difference?
\nWe are working with a well-resourced and highly supportive SEN school in Enfield that caters for both primary and secondary-aged pupils. They are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist provision from September.

The Role\n- \n
- Providing 1:1 and small group support across primary and secondary classes \n
- Supporting communication, emotional regulation and engagement in learning \n
- Following EHCP targets and individual support plans \n
- Assisting with personal care where required \n
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals \n
- Helping maintain a calm, structured and positive learning environment \n
- Encouraging independence, confidence and social development \n
- \n
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD or complex needs \n
- Calm, patient and resilient approach \n
- Comfortable working across both primary and secondary age groups \n
- Confident supporting non-verbal or limited communication pupils \n
- Willing to support personal care where needed \n
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude \n
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) \n
Both experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and strong mainstream TAs looking to move into a specialist setting are encouraged to apply.
