We are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a supportive school within the trust on a long-term basis starting in May.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are looking to build experience in a well-led, inclusive primary school environment.

The Role Includes:\n

  • Teaching a Year 3 class and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
  • \n
  • Planning in line with the National Curriculum
  • \n
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • \n
  • Adapting learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • \n
  • Monitoring, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
  • \n
  • Working collaboratively with staff and contributing to wider school life
  • \n
Who We’re Looking For:\n

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • \n
  • Passion for primary education and child development
  • \n
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • \n
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible within the school setting
  • \n
  • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
  • \n
  • ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
