Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, including those with SEND
\n
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
\n
• Helping to create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
\n
• Supporting behaviour management in line with the school’s high expectations
\n
• Encouraging confidence, resilience, and independence in young learners
