\nWe are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Corby that is seeking to appoint committed Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2026. The school is ideally looking to appoint on a permanent basis; however, long-term supply and fixed-term arrangements will also be considered for the right candidate.

The Role\n- \n
- Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary age range \n
- Working with pupils 1:1 and in small groups, including those with SEND or additional learning needs \n
- Helping pupils stay focused, engaged, and motivated throughout the school day \n
- Supporting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, nurturing classroom environment \n
- Assisting with targeted interventions to support progress in core subjects such as English and Maths \n
- Encouraging pupils to build confidence, independence, and resilience \n
- Supporting wider pastoral care and classroom routines where required \n
- \n
- Are considering a career in teaching, SEND support, or pastoral work \n
- Want to gain hands-on experience in a primary school setting \n
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development \n
- Are looking to return to work or transition into education \n
- \n
- Is patient, caring, and supportive when working with children \n
- Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team \n
- Is reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a busy school environment \n
- Has experience working with children or young people (education, care, nursery, youth work, coaching, or similar is desirable but not essential) \n
