Teacher of Business Studies

Position - Business Studies Teacher

Location - Folkestone

Start Date - September 2026

Salary - MPS/UPS - depending on experience - PAYE!

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a range of secondary schools in the Folkestone and surrounding areas who are looking for Business Studies Teachers from September 2026 for various lengths of contract.

The role:

\n
• Plan and deliver exciting Business Studies lessons across the Key Stages
\n
• Inspire and motivate students with proven teaching strategies to ensure success
\n
• Assess and monitor the progress of students ensuring effective support is put in place where necessary
\n
• Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Business Studies curriculum and Department
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
\n
• Proven experience of teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting
\n
• Be willing to teach some Computer Science lessons when required
\n
• Excellent behaviour management strategies to ensure the best possible learning environment
\n
• Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
\n
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
\n
• Legal right to work in the UK
\n
