\n\nAbout the Role
\n\nYou'll take responsibility for leading SEND provision across EYFS and Key Stage 1, ensuring children receive the right support from the very beginning of their educational journey.
\n\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n\nLeading and developing high-quality SEND provision across EYFS and KS1
\nWorking closely with teachers, support staff, parents and external agencies
\nMonitoring pupil progress and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
\nSupporting colleagues through coaching, advice and professional development
\nEnsuring statutory SEND processes are completed to a high standard
\nDriving inclusive practice across the school and contributing to strategic development

\n\nWe're keen to hear from teachers who are passionate about inclusion and committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
\n\nThe successful candidate will:
\n\nHold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\nBe an experienced SENDCO or an aspiring SEND leader currently completing (or preparing to undertake) the NASENCO qualification
\nHave strong knowledge of SEND legislation and inclusive classroom practice
\nBe confident working collaboratively with families, staff and external professionals
\nDemonstrate excellent organisation, leadership and communication skills
\nBe committed to achieving the very best outcomes for children with additional needs
