Hours: 8.00am – 4.00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)

Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are recruiting 2 Temporary Maintenance Operatives to support a busy student accommodation site in East London.

This is a one-week assignment starting on Monday 27th July, assisting with end-of-tenancy maintenance and room preparation to ensure accommodation is ready for incoming residents.

• Dismantling bed frames and other furniture as required.
\n
• Refilling and making good damaged walls.
\n
• Painting and completing decorative touch-ups.
\n
• Carrying out general snagging and maintenance tasks.
\n
• Preparing rooms and communal areas to a high standard.
\n
• Working safely and efficiently whilst following site procedures.
\n
• Assisting the on-site team with any additional maintenance duties as required.
\n

• Previous maintenance, handyman or property maintenance experience.
\n
• Confident using basic hand tools.
\n
• Experience with painting and making good works would be advantageous.
\n
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
\n
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Immediate availability to start on 27th July.
