We're recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join an established facilities team in Evesham, working within a secure environment. This is a stable, long-term opportunity offering structured hours, consistent work, and ongoing development.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard, contributing to a safe and well-kept environment.

In this Grounds Maintenance Operative role, you will:

* Carry out general grounds maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control) * Support horticultural tasks such as planting, pruning, and seeding * Maintain outdoor and recreational areas * Operate tools, equipment, and light machinery safely * Assist with general site upkeep and drainage tasks * Carry out basic painting and maintenance duties when required * Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures

To be successful as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you should have:

* Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture * Full UK driving licence * Experience using maintenance tools or machinery * Good understanding of Health & Safety practices * Relevant tickets (e.g. spraying or chainsaw) are beneficial * A reliable, proactive and team-focused approach
