The Role\n

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

    \n
  • Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • \n
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • \n
  • Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
  • \n
  • Help manage behaviour positively and consistently.
  • \n
  • Promote independence while providing appropriate support tailored to individual needs.
  • \n
The Ideal Candidate\n

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential).
  • \n
  • Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
  • \n
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • \n
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • \n
  • Is committed to creating a positive learning environment.
  • \n
