The Role\n
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
\n- \n
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. \n
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. \n
- Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. \n
- Help manage behaviour positively and consistently. \n
- Promote independence while providing appropriate support tailored to individual needs. \n
We are looking for someone who:
\n- \n
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential). \n
- Is patient, empathetic, and resilient. \n
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. \n
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff. \n
- Is committed to creating a positive learning environment. \n
- \n
- Working hours of 8:40am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. \n
- A supportive and welcoming school environment. \n
