This full-time Teaching Assistant role offers exceptional school-based experience for aspiring teachers looking to develop their classroom skills before progressing into teacher training.
\n\nWorking alongside experienced teachers, you will support students across Years 7-11, helping individuals and small groups to achieve their full potential. You'll gain first-hand experience of outstanding teaching practice while building the confidence and skills needed for a successful teaching career.

\nGraduate Teaching Assistant
\nFull-time, Monday to Friday
\nSeptember start
\nSupporting students across Years 7-11
\nWorking alongside experienced teachers in an Outstanding secondary school
\nExcellent preparation for PGCE or teacher training
\n\nThe Ideal Candidate
\nA graduate with aspirations of becoming a secondary school teacher
\nPrevious experience working with young people, either paid or voluntary
\nExperience may include tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching, youth work, school placements, overseas teaching, or similar
\nEnthusiastic, proactive and passionate about education
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
